Our Factory Launches China’s First Self-Developed Piston & Complete Front Air Spring for Porsche Macan Electric 95C

China first factory with self-developed piston for Porsche Macan Electric 95C front air spring (OE 95C616037,95C616038). We launch the complete 95C air spring first in China, full air suspension strut coming soon for PPE platform.

For the Porsche Macan Electric (95C chassis, 2024+) front air suspension spring, most aftermarket suppliers still rely on imported piston parts or reverse-engineered generic components. We are proud to announce that our team has independently developed the matching piston for this air spring. We are the first manufacturer in China to finish this core piston development.

Based on this self-developed piston, we are also the first factory across China to roll out the complete front air spring assembly for 95C Macan EV. The part covers OE references: 95C616037 (Front Left), 95C616038 (Front Right), cross reference OE 95C413030B.

This air spring fits Porsche Macan II / Macan Electric (95C platform), also compatible with Audi Q6 e-tron / SQ6 e-tron (PPE platform front air suspension). Every unit is built to match original OE specs, air tightness fully tested before shipment.

This is not the end of our development roadmap. Following the air spring launch, our R&D team is already pushing forward on the full front air suspension strut assembly for 95C. We plan to become the first supplier in China to release this complete strut as well in the near future.

Many aftermarket air springs for the new PPE platform are still hard to source globally right now. Our in-house piston development removes the bottleneck of core component supply. It lets us keep stable stock, control quality from the critical piston part, and support our worldwide clients with consistent lead time.
