This is the air suspension compressor for the Mercedes-Benz GLE (W167) and GLS (X167) SUVs — the unit Mercedes calls the electropneumatic control unit, compressor and clutch in one assembly, mounted at the rear of the car. It keeps the air springs pressurised on the factory air-suspension models.

OE 1673209005 (also A1673209005) is the current number.
