LR034262 is high‑quality replacement rear air spring for Land Rover Range Rover L405 non‑ACE air struts. Built with multi‑layer reinforced EPDM cord fabric rubber, it features excellent ozone‑aging resistance, wide temperature tolerance and outstanding anti‑fatigue performance for stable sealing. 1:1 original shape, air nozzle and mounting bases enable direct replacement without modification. It resolves common failures: slow air leakage from cracked bladder, rear‑end sagging, uneven vehicle height, suspension pressure loss, abnormal noise and suspension warning light. Every unit is tested by high‑pressure air tightness and durability tests. Fully compatible with factory EAS suspension system, it avoids expensive full‑strut replacement and reduces repair costs.

Q1: Is this air spring universal for both rear sides? Does it fit all L405?
A: Universal for rear left and right for VIN up to HA999999. For VIN JA000001 and later, it is rear‑right only, use LR034263 for rear left. Only fits non‑ACE chassis, ACE‑equipped vehicles are incompatible.
Q2: Is full strut assembly required for slow air leakage?
A: No. If strut core is oil‑free, damping works properly and strut tube is undamaged, replace only this air spring.
Q3: What steps are required after installation?
A: Complete air‑tightness test, body height calibration and fault code reset with professional Land Rover diagnostic tool, otherwise abnormal ride height and suspension errors will occur.
Q4: Why does leakage occur shortly after new air spring installation?
A: Usually not caused by air spring defect. Common reasons: worn reused seals, improper assembly, damaged air pipes or faulty valve block. Inspect all sealing components during fitting.
Q5: What is excluded from warranty coverage?
A: 12‑month warranty covers manufacturing defects. Damage from stone puncture, impact, rough installation and secondary damage due to deformed chassis is excluded.
Q6: Can it be used on chassis with ACE active anti‑roll system?
A: No. ACE‑fitted vehicles require dedicated ACE‑spec rear air spring, part numbers are not interchangeable.
