This professional air spring repair kit is specially designed for Land Rover air suspension systems. The package includes reinforced air bladder, full set of sealing O-rings, metal crimp rings, dust bump stops and complete fastening accessories. The air bladder adopts multi-layer EPDM cord fabric material, featuring excellent high and low temperature resistance, ozone aging resistance and fatigue resistance.
1:1 original factory size and structure ensure direct replacement without modification. It perfectly fixes common faults such as slow air leakage, front-end sagging, uneven body height, suspension pressure loss and abnormal driving noise. Every unit undergoes high-pressure air tightness and durability tests before delivery. Fully compatible with the original EAS suspension system, it effectively restores vehicle suspension performance and greatly reduces maintenance costs.
Note: This kit fits non-VDS, non-electronic damping air suspension only. Not applicable for electromagnetic adaptive damping version or mechanical spring suspension. Please confirm original part number before purchase.

Q1: Is this repair kit side-specific? Does it fit electronic damping struts?
A: Universal for front left and front right. It only fits non-VDS, non-electronic damping air struts. Adaptive damping struts are not compatible.
Q2: Is full strut replacement necessary for minor air leakage?
A: No. If the strut core is intact with no oil leakage and normal damping, replacing only this repair kit is enough for perfect repair with higher cost performance.
Q3: Does professional calibration need to be done after installation?
A: Yes. Air tightness test, body height calibration and fault code clearing are mandatory with professional diagnostic tools to avoid suspension errors and height abnormality.
Q4: Why does air leakage occur shortly after replacement?
A: It is usually caused by reused old seals, improper installation, aging air pipes or faulty valve blocks, not product quality issue. Always replace all seals during installation.
Q5: What is excluded from warranty?
A: 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects. Damage caused by sharp object cutting, impact, improper installation and worn original strut secondary failure is excluded.
Q6: Is it compatible with both Discovery 3 and Discovery 4?
A: Yes, it fits all Discovery 3/4 2004‑2016 non-ADS air suspension models with identical configuration.
